All packages are shipped via UPS or available for pick-up at our store, based on which shipping options you choose during checkout.
If the wrong product is shipped, we will send you a return tag free of charge and issue you the correct shipment. If you make an error in your order, please notify us immediately via email or by phone, so we do not ship out the wrong order.
Our Return Policy
All purchases on our site are covered by a 100% Return Policy that is in effect for 7 business days after you receive the item. All you have to do is contact us and let us know that you have a problem with within 7 business days and arrangement will be made from there. If you have made an error in your order, you may contact us to authorize a return. Returns that are due to an error on your part will be subject to a 10% restock fee on unopened products, a 30% restock fee on opened products, and you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
Our Return Policy for Preorders/Special Orders
Preorders and Special Orders (such as special personlized items) cannot be cancelled once you have placed the order, nor can these items be returned.
